Victoria.

As many of you know, my daughter Victoria graduated last year with a Bachelor of Fashion Degree. Many of you wished her luck, when she was looking for a job in the big wide world, thank you. I am happy to say she now has a job and had been a working girl for two weeks now. She loves her new job and getting all dressed up for work in Parnell.
She also went for her full drivers test, the other day, which she is happy to have passed.
Always a nervous time when you have the Driving Inspector sitting alongside, watching your every move.

On Tuesday, 30th March, we attended an Awards Ceremony and Victoria received the Gordon Harris Award, for Excellence in Art. So a proud moment for her Dad and Mum.

Thank you everyone, for continually inspiring me with your beautiful blogs and thoughtful comments.
Have a lovely week.

Hugs
Carolyn

So glad she found a job that she likes. Driving tests are so stressful. When my daughter took hers, a dog ran out in front of her to make matters worse. She passed anyway. Always a relief!

  35. Oh, and I forgot to say: My husband is collecting Terry Pratchett books, too, and I also like them very much (but they are not all purple ;o)) He reads them in German language and as well in English (but this is not always easy because the protagonists sometimes speak with a broken nose, without teeth etc. So I prefer to read Pratchett in german language ;o))
