I have been tagged by fabulouslyfrench.blogspot.com and her blog is one of my favourites.
I have to list 6 uninteresting things that make me happy ~ so here goes....
1 My three favourite perfumes make me happy Chanel No. 5, Coco and Mademoiselle.
2 Walking barefoot along the beach, with the sand beneath my toes, in the early morning or watching the sunset.
3 Using my umbrella on a rainy day.
4 Going to sleep, listening to the raindrops on the roof.
5 Having a lovely hot bath, listening to some relaxing music and having a scented candle burning in the room.
6. Sitting around the dinning table with my family at the end of the day, having a nice meal and discussing what we had done,
Now I would like to tag the following, only if they want to play along.
I understand a lot of you are busy and this takes time.

Ps. I am going away to visit my Parents in Tauranga for a few days, so I hope to catch up with all your blogs when I return. I should be packing a few clothes in a suitcase now so I must go. Have a great week.
Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteI received your comment that you'd like to attend the Costume Party! You are more than welcome, I'm so thrilled to have you join me!
By the way, the blue umbrella is fabulous and I love Audrey Hepburn, she personifies class.
See you at the party!

Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteI love the beach picture! There is nothing more enjoyable than listening to the waves with the warm sun shining while sand squishes between your toes:).

Hi Renee,
My dear old Dad had prostate cancer and was operated on about 5 months ago. He was asked to see the Specialist yesterday so we are hoping for the best.
I do feel lucky they are still alive and wished I lived closer.
It is a 3 hour drive.
Hi Diane,
thank you so much for your kind words.

ReplyDeleteCarolyn, I am sorry, but didn't the blogpost title say "6 UNinteresting things that make you happy"? I'm afraid that your blog post did not qualify for the title. That was all very interesting! :)
ReplyDelete((HUGS))!!
A lovely list from a lovely lady!
ReplyDeleteI hope your trip goes well.
Bon voyage!
Lynda
Oh that umbrella is gorgeous. I would want it to rain everyday if that was in my possession. Lovely pictures! :)
ReplyDeleteHi SteiffGal,
ReplyDeleteLovely isn't it - listening to the raindrops going to sleep!
Hi Laura,
Have just got back home to 104 emails. You go away for a few days!
What did we do before the internet?
Yes, a tail wagging from a loving pet is always a lovely one!
Hi Bella,
They are quite fun little cups and definately a Girly cup.
I hope that the packing is going well for you.
thanks TattingChic for visiting.
thank you Lynda for your kind words. I have just got home and lovely to go away but always neat to be back. Driving on my own and with all the big trucks on the road can be scary.
Hi Jessica,
That was my birthday present for myself one year. Thank you.
