ReplyDeleteCarolyn, I applaud your choices. Thanks for reminding me of so many of the L words that I like too. Lily of the Valley is the flower of my daughter's birth month, and I love its fresh sweet scent. Lavender is another favourite of mine. My handcream is lavender scented. They say lavender is very relaxing. My mom used to tuck lavender sachets everywhere, I remember finding them in all sorts of places in our house.

I also use lavender handcream and place lavender sachets in some of my drawers. It does have a wonderful relaxing aroma.

I used to put lavender and other interesting aromas into my oils when I was doing massage therapy.... it is good for relaxation.. supposed to help with headaches and getting a better sleep....
