Sculpture Exhibition
Today we have been for an enjoyable walk around the Sculpture Exhibition.
This outdoor biennale takes place around Waiheke Islands magnificent 2 km coastal walkway.
Here are a few photos of the sculptures that I liked.
My favourite was a group of 8 little Meerkats, that were well done and also the big wooden aeroplane was neat.
The photo of the Fullers Ferry that we commute to the mainland, was just docking up at the wharf, as we walked up the hill.
Have a great week

Hi Carolyn, I love meerkats so I bet the sculpture was as cute. The colours up there are beautiful. I must get up there one day to see it for myself.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely area you live in Carolyn. Interesting sculptures too!

Very unique and very original.
ReplyDeleteDo you know, it is so cold and snowy right now where I live in Canada here, and I really have to cuddle with my teddy at night to keep warm!
It is sweltering heat over here and the temp has been about 27 most days.
ReplyDeleteI have seen a lot of snow pictures and it must be really cold, but so beautiful.
Stay warm and I hope that the weather will start getting better for you.
Hugs
