Happy weekend
My blogging life has been very sporadic at the moment. Life seems to be busy, like it is probably for you all.
We had another birthday ~ DD celebrated her special day on the 29th May. Hard to believe that it was 24 years ago, that our precious darling baby girl came into our lives. Thank you most beautiful one for making everyday special. We love you and want to wish you a great new year ahead.
Was lovely as she had a weeks holiday, from work, so there have been some fun shopping trips, lunches out, and a celebratory dinner.
It has been great spending time as a family.
I baked these chocolate cupcakes with raspberry icing and loved the little French toppers to add a little ooh la la!
Also we have been doing some more painting around the home - all slowly coming together and will share some pictures soon.
Seems to be like a stuck record but we are making progress.
Thank you so much for the wonderful birthday wishes you sent me. I am so grateful for your friendship and kindness.
I am looking forward to coming to visit you, in the weekend and see how you all are.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.
hugs

Cupcakes and coffee
Few people can argue that cupcakes aren't just sweet and delicious, but they are pretty to look at.
Walking past the Louis Vuitton shop the other day, I had to take a photo of the very tempting cake in the window display.

Morning coffee just got a little nicer ... we bought a Delonghi Nespresso coffee maker.
It makes the perfect cup of coffee, and all you need to do is press two buttons. With a wonderful aroma and if you prefer coffee with milk, froths the milk to make a great latte.
With such a wide variety of flavours and strength, to choose from, with the wonderful colour coded capsules, which really do make the perfect coffee. Would be nice if you could join me for coffee and cake.
Thanks for visiting, your friendship and the comments you leave, also appreciate my new followers, many thanks.
I hope that you are enjoying the week
Hugs

Pretty pinks today
DD had got up early to do some baking to take on a Picnic, she was having with some of her friends at Mission Bay park.
I have to say these cupcakes tasted even better, than they looked.
Fabulous flowers, by Martha Stewart
Pretty pink clematis, and such a lovely room ~ Jeanne d'ArcDo you find sometimes, when you are wondering what you are going to post for the day ..... and
something will come about and you need to share.
Kind words are short and easy to speak,
but their echoes are truly endless.
~ Mother Teresa.
I will bid you adieu and I wish you all a wonderful weekend.
