This is most likely as good as it gets
Once you arrive, you'll soon feel that you have arrived in Paradise.
After our plane landed in Brisbane, we hired a car and drove to Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast of Australia. This is about an hour's drive and really is a wonderful place to take a vacation.
Even though it is winter time, the weather is desirable and while most of the locals were getting around in jackets, we spent some time relaxing at the beach.
About 10 years ago we stayed at Q1 and we enjoyed our time there, so this is where we rented an apartment again on the 35th floor, Room # 3504.
I opened the windows from our room and snapped photos of the City lights, at night and the view was really magnificent.the view from our room overlooking the beach |
Looking back towards the City and you can see the Ferris wheel
I'm back from my holiday and can honestly say, I am relaxed after my little break away.
Wishing you all a happy week
Hugs
Carolyn

I'm so glad you enjoyed your holiday in Ozzie land. It is cooler down in Adelaide. I don't think you would be sun baking today.

A wonderful break-away Carolyn and even better in the cooler months when you can take a leisurely stroll along that long stretch of beach without tripping over sunbathers. Your view from the 35th at night is amazing ... take care xx
