Spring days are here.

The sun is shinning beautifully today and reminds me why I love living where I do and so thankful for this.
This is the view looking out my stairwell window, the clear blue sky and sea makes my heart flutter.




Did you see the wonderful big full moon last night?
I wish you could have seen what I saw out my window and if I was not half asleep, would have got my camera out.
I got up in the night and looking out, was magical ~  the water looked like it had a large sheet of gold leaf spread across it and seemed as if you could have danced the night away, across the water. 

Today is the 11/11/11, a rather significant day!
Are you doing anything special today and in the weekend?
We are taking our kids out to dinner tonight so that will be great to catch up with them.

    So beautiful! Yes, you will have Springtime now and here it is getting dull and grey and the autumn is here now! Leaves are falling ... but I like this time of the year , with all the candels and lights in the house ......

    It is very late for me but I finally managed to put all my Italian angels on my website and on my blog... Your spring is real and you are enjoying it, that shines through your post! You know what my brother told me Sunday when I called him? That his son Michiel will go to New Zealand in March for his education, for work! Pieter has been to Christ Church too but other than him, none in our family so far. So I'm really excited about that.

    Carolyn your view is fabolous, so very beautiful.
    Did you know that this year is called The Angel year, and that if you count the year of birth and add how old you are this year ,you will also end up with 11 or 111- I did it with all I know, and it is true !!!
    So very strange.

    You live in s magical place Carolyn - I can imagine you must pause and take a peek out your stairwell window each time you pass. Tonight here there is something special happening in the skies Venus Mercury and Antares will all be in line but will I stay up to watch? most probably not!

    I love this view and what lovely photos. I was actually too happy this morning when I woke up to a bright morning, the only day this week that wasn´t very foogy, and the sun stayed bright until 3 pm. :)

    Oh, such a beautiful view...makes me long for the water that I so love. You are in heaven, when you have days such as this! Your Camellia flowers are so pretty...I can smell the spring flowers from here.

    Today is Veterans Day here in the U.S. I have had several family members who have served and are serving and today I say an extra prayer and thank you to all of those who have served and continue to serve.

    And today Sophie and I took a little roadtrip!!!

    I did see the moon last might, it was so bright! I didn't even realize it was 11/11/11 until now. No, I didn't do anything special. I had a rather lazy day in fact. Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for sharing the beautiful view!
