I love the colour Red.
It is always such a bright and rich colour. From the red of a strawberry and cherry to a glass of Pinot Noir.
Here are a few images, I would like to share with you.
Have a great day!

Red is a great color isn't it!? Thank you for the lovely Independence Day wishes! I know you don't celebrate the 4th of July there in New Zealand so I think it's extra sweet of you to be wishing it for your American friends! Thank you! I hope you have a lovely day on the 4th of July, too! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteYou too!
Love all of your red, white and blue!!
Rosemary
Red is one of my faves too Carolyn. I wore a little red dress on my first date with MOTH, so as a colour it has 'sentimental' value in our house! A lovely tribute to our friends across the Pacific.
ReplyDeleteMillie ^_^
Thank you so much TattingChic.
ReplyDeleteNeat to see how you celebrate the 4th of July and to be able to wish our friends over there a happy weekend.
Hi Rosemary,
Have enjoyed seeing all your decorations around your lovely home.

I agree, it's very sweet of you to be sending us 4th of July wishes. Love the photos, especially the first one with the two bears celebrating!! I LOVE it!!!
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, you can "shrink" the robe pattern :) Perhaps one of your little bears would like to feel all cozy in a fuzzy robe :) Hugs :) Marsha
I love red, too and your Brighton bear is amazing! You're so sweet to wish us a happy holiday! Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Millie,

Lovely that you wore red for your first date with Moth.
Hi Marsha,
Will look at the pattern for your Robe - my bears range from 12" - to about 18", so I will definately look at the pattern - thank you.

Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteThanks for wishing us a happy Fourth. It is a lovely day in California today. It's hard to imagine it being winter and raining as we've had 80 degree weather lately. That picture of the mosque is fabulous. I've subscribed to National Geographic over the years for quite a long time. Their photos are so incredible. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteYes, it is hard to think that you are sweltering in the heat and here it is wet and not very nice.
However I did get out in the garden as I have had some standard Iceberg roses to plant and some violas for my window boxes.
My Parents subscribed to National Geographic for years. I buy it now and again - we do have the NZ Geographic over here and we have a friend that is the Editor for that.
So I mainly read that now.

Carolyn
Thanks!! I love red too! The bear pic is the best!
