Hi Carolyn, I love that little verse and also the sentence at the end about having a friend. I passed that on many years ago to my son when he was a little boy.

Some of the best wildflowers I have ever seen grow in Texas in the springtime. The bluebonnet is my favorite.

At the moment I have a Scotch terrier on the go, some dough decorations that I am going to varnish today and drapes for my Son's bedroom to make.
I have some pale pink mohair that I want to make a new bear, so just need more time. Hopefully will get something made soon.

ReplyDeleteAs I already said in my other comment on Lily of the Valley, it is my favorite flower, but I do like poppies too. I had a huge garden full of poppies when I lived in Michigan.
I also wanted to ask you what the pink flower is? Is it another type of poppy?
