Country & Living
It is raining over here today, so I thought I needed a fix of some pretty pink pictures to brighten up things.
I wonder what your favourite colour is?
It is so hard to believe that we are now in the Month of May, how the days go by so quickly!
I hope that you are having a great weekend.
Hugs
Carolyn
Hi Carolyn, we had rain here today too but not all that much. Pink just seems to be a cheerful colour. I love blues myself, any shade, but I am partial to turquoise.
ReplyDeleteLove the pink-it does brighten a day:) My favorite color is blue but I find that pink and burgundy tend to be favorites too!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed weekend! Thanks for visiting the Blog Party:)
Blessings,
Kim
Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteWhat pretty pink items you've shown. I am quite boring, my favorite color is white (well, I guess it's a hue and not a color) and always has been, my family's always given me a hard time about it. Happy weekend to you!
xo~Tracie
It's raining here too - stay cozy ;)
ReplyDeleteThese gorgeous pretty pink pics will definitely chase the rain away Carolyn! Just to throw a cat amongst the pigeons my favourite colour is black - sorry! MOTH always says I'm channelling Henry Ford - 'Yes, you can have it in any colour as long as its black!'
ReplyDeleteMillie ^_^
Hi Carolyn, Happy May Day to you. I love all your pictures. They are so uplifting and inspiring. It is raining here too. A rainy day in May~~and have been all week.
ReplyDeleteBut the flowers are thriving so it is a good thing.
I love pink, purple, green and aqua. It is hard for me to pick just one.
Have a great weekend sweets and see you again soon.
hugs, Celestina Marie
Oh, I just love that Vogue cover! Pink is lovely. I really do love it. My favorite is probably orange, though I like a lot of different hues.
ReplyDeleteStay healthy!
Hi Dolores,
ReplyDeleteSeems like rain is in lots of places around the world.
Good for the garden and water tank I always say.
Thanks for visiting Kim and I enjoyed my visit to your blog party - thank you.
Hi Tracie,
White always looks so pure and clean and love wearing it on Summer days,.
thank you so much for visiting.
You stay cozy with your rainy day too.
Hi Millie,
I love that phrase, about Henry Ford's Model T cars, you could have any colour, as long as it was black.
I too love wearing black, as it is always so timeless and elegant.
I hope that Moth is feeling better and over his cold.
Hi Celestina Marie,
It is always fun working indoors on a wet day, isn't it.
It is so hard to pick one favourite colour and I know your favs. in all the beautiful work you do.
Hi Bella,
Isn't that Vogue cover neat ~
I hope that your family are well and look after yourselves.

Your pink pictures are lovely! We've had some rain too - the gardens were very dry.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
I love pink too and then comes cream and ducks egg blue! We are having a really yukkie day here in South Africa as well. Thanks for brightening up the day with your lovely pink pics.
ReplyDeletePat xx
yikes! time is going by waaaay to quickly ..especially when I have projects on the go!
ReplyDeleteI love the pretty teacups.... so dainty....
my fav colours are greens, blues and purples... then pinks tossed in....oh, and a spot of lovely sunny yellow...I guess I don't really have a special fav do I?.. but, obviously I do have several special loves. I don't really like browns, oranges and mustard-y colours... I'm not a "fall" colour palette person.
Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
I love the pink, especially the roses.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Rosemary
thanks for visiting Lynda and Pat, and glad I was able to brighten up your wet day.
ReplyDeleteHi Vee,
I have so much on the go to and not enough hours in the day.
I am with you - I do not like orange but I quite like some browns - tweed or herringbone fabrics.
Thank you Rosemary - I love roses too, my favourite has to be pink.

ReplyDeleteHi Mandy,
ReplyDeleteWe had rain yesterday and it could not be more different today.
The sun is shinning and the sky is blue and I have the washing out and will go and pick some more olives, what we were going to do yesterday but it was too wet.

Dear Carolyn I received a sweet little black sheep in the mail yesterday. It is so cute and is going on my granddaughter's wall as her first nursery rhyme. Baa baa black sheep.
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful Carolyn, but I thought Bella and another lady had won the sheep and the cottage.
I love it.
Love Renee xoxoxo

Dear Renee,
ReplyDeleteYou won my little giveaway too, my friend.

Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteThank you for always stopping by and saying hello!
I love pink also. White is my other favorite.
I have some tiny bears (two at about 2 inches each) I should post about and then link to your site... for those that would like a bear of their own. What sizes do you make?
It is sunny today here! Perennials are sprouting.
With Kindness,
Mary
Hi Mary,
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting, always neat to hear from you.
I mostly like to make my bears about 12 - 18 ".
Two inch bears are really tiny - did you make them? I take my hat off to those that make minature bears.
that is lovely your flowers are sprouting.

Hi Carolyn, Love the Pink Post. We are having wonderful sun today and the weather man says rain tomorrow. Shall we switch? We can keep passing back and forth, LOL. The plants like the rain. My favorite colour is Green :) Have a great week! Karen
ReplyDeleteHi Karen,
ReplyDeleteWe have had such strange weather, Friday was perfect and then rained on Saturday and then beautiful on Sunday and Monday. I was thinking you would not have wanted a wedding or an outside function on Saturday.
Green is another favourite colour of mine too.
