Now about this photo.

Our Son was a weekly boarder for 3 years at Tibbs House, at Auckland Grammar School.
This was a great place for him to develop as a young boy and he learned many great life skills there and made some good mates. He thought differently though and come Sunday afternoon, when he needed to go back, was hard.
Students have daily Prep from 7pm - 9 pm which was a great time to do homework or prepare for examinations.

Back to the photo, sorry.
Every year Auckland Grammar School's 1st XV and Kings College would play a game of Rugby together.

Before the game, both sides would do the Haka ~ a Maori traditional Dance.
It is a posture dance, with shouted accompaniment, performed by a group.

The Tibbs House Students represent Auckland Grammar School with pride at the Annual AGS v Kings College clash, and they are seen getting ready to do the haka.
Marcel is second from the left and they wear their number one clothes for this special occasion.

Have a great week
Hugs
Carolyn
