Dessert is often the best part of a meal

I hope that you all had a happy and relaxing day on Sunday

Thank you for coming to visit me and to new followers to my blog.

 I had a wonderful day, sharing a meal, and spending the afternoon with my family ... that is such a special thing to do.
Flowers, cards and gifts were kindly given, so feel a very lucky Muma and have the best daughter and son.
We dined at Euro ( one of my favourite restaurants) out in the glorious sunshine.  This is my dessert which almost looked too pretty to eat.

Kaffir Lime panna cotta with pink peppercorn meringue 
and raspberry pearls and lychee sorbet. Yum!

    It sounds like you had such a special Mother's Day with your children. I just got back today from a four day vacation with my kids. We went to the Queen Mary and had tea and yummy desserts. The lime cotta looks very good. I'm glad you got to spend time with your loved ones, Carolyn.
