I hope you are having a fabulous week so far.
And sorry I have not been around visiting blogs as much as I would have liked.
I finally finished the scarf I was knitting for V - made from soft winter cream, cashmere merino silk.
Because it was 4 ply and moss stitch pattern, seemed to have taken a while, anyway she will not be needing it much now that summer is almost here, but will have it in time for next winter.
I was happy to receive a lovely gift in the post from Yvonne, at Happy Sonne, go over and visit her, she has a wonderful blog and always shows the most beautiful photographs.
Thank you, ~ this is what she gave me. I love the amazing card of the blue sky and heart cloud, yummy chocolates, candles and a calender of the most magnificent scenery of Switzerland, where she lives.
I have always had a fascination with Switzerland, when I learned about it, from my primary school days.
This is what else I am working on ... making a sailor suit for a bear. So now will get back to it and hope to come and visit you soon. Thanks for the kind visits to my blog.
Enjoy the rest of the week
hugs
Carolyn
