Happy Easter... to everyone, everywhere



Happy Easter, my dear friends,  wishing you a joyful and peaceful time.

Thinking back to childhood days,  and waiting for Sunday morning to arrive.  Every year I would look forward to the enchanting and magical time of getting some chocolate eggs and spending a joyful Easter with my family.
This was the pretty view that I looked out to, today.  The weather forecast seems to be incorrect as they were predicting a high risk of wind and rain, all weekend. I am so glad, that at least it is beautiful now and we were able to sit outdoors and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

May your days be filled with happy moments and fond memories.

    Thank you dear friend. I hope you have a grand Easter spent with family. I remember lovely hat with a matching coat I wore one year when I was little. My girls always had an Easter hat when they went to Sunday school on Easter morning and usually with a new dress that I made them. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.

    I remember my Easter memories from childhood, they are all so beautiful, it was always my favorite Holiday because I got to dress up in the prettiest dresses in yellow and pink and I got to feel so girly for the day! I got to wear little lace gloves, too! I so enjoyed it! I love the Easter Egg Hunts, and all the brightly-colored candy! It was awesome! <3

    I know where your predicted rain went Carolyn - the Adelaide Hills! We've had a miserable wet weekend, so all the garden projects have been shelved & MOTH's confined to finishing off the renos in the 3rd bedroom. Not a bad thing I reckon!! Hope you are having a lovely Easter break.
