Oh I only wish we were there today enjoying all the festivites too.
Being in France on their national day is a great occasion - it's only happened twice so far but they were both special days for me!!

ReplyDeleteThis is quite a coincident as I've posted with a French Le Jacquard Français napkin tonight! They used to celebrate Bastille Day with wine, cheese and a gift from Yves Delorme, here in Atlanta. But there are no more Yves Delorme stores in our capital. Guess it's because of the downward economy but I sure miss that part! We always went together and had a kind of visit back to Europe.

BONNE FÊTE!!! I will never ever forget one Bastille Day when I was there in PARIS! We were at the Eiffel Tower for the celebration and the them was VICTOR HUGO and Les Miserables...I had the time of my life. VIVE LA FRANCE!
