If you lived around this area, everyday you would walk past these buildings and not really take much notice of them. Being the tourist and with camera in hand, I loved taking photos of more of the buildings around Sloane Square.
I wonder what is behind the black door at Number 15?
Have a lovely weekend
Hugs
Carolyn
Dear Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteMuch fun to see these terrific buildings!!!
Seeing them in person would be surreal.
Traveling and seeing all this neat stuff would be great fun! Glad you are sharing.
Very dignified black door. I'll go knock on it and see who comes to the door...grins.

Loving your photos and re-living your journey with you.
ReplyDeleteIt looks wonderful -- there is nothing like old school london town. So many take it all for granted but not when you are far away from it all.
Have a wonderful weekend. x
I love architecture and I love doors even more. Thanks for the photos. Hope the weather keeps co-operating.
ReplyDeleteHi! Beatiful photos from the beautiful buildings. Sometimes I wonder too behind the unfamiliar mysterious doors what is behind them :).
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comments in my blog again. The cats were playing some kind of "hide and search" game. The older one(grey European)is a little bit lazy because the age 12 but the younger Birman is full of energy!!He is just one year old.
I'm thinking No-15 Sloane Square - who could live there? It looks very posh!
ReplyDeleteI love these London pics Carolyn!
Happy weekend

Haha. Very true indeed, dear Carolyn. I drive pass lots of ancient buildings in my way to work everyday, but didn't really pay much attention. But looking at these photos of yours, I just can't help marveling... Those architectures are gorgeous... I heart European old building compared to new modern ones.
ReplyDeleteThanks all, for visiting
ReplyDeleteLola we went into Peter Jones department store and I just realized that he is of the Dragons Den fame is that right?

Carolyn
I love a black door. They are so sophisticated. Isn't it sad we can become immune to such beauty when we see it every day? At least you got to enjoy it being the tourist that you were!
