French Inspiration

Thanks to the glossy magazines and the Internet, it is easy to travel to France or anywhere else you would like to go in the world.
I love this French home with shutters and could see myself walking around the paths admiring the wonderful garden of olive trees, buxus box hedging and topiaries.

I like the simplicity of the kitchen and dinning room and the fabulous floors.
Couldn't you just move in!

{All of these images are from Maisons Cote Sud}

I hope that you have a lovely Thursday.
Hugs
Carolyn

  2. Hi Carolyn
    Me too - I adore the simple elements of French design.
    My daughter often sends me a copy of my fave French magazine called 'Campagne Decoration'. I'm immediately transported to just where I want to be, somewhere beautiful in France with her close by in the same country - if only it was that easy......
    Have a lovely Thursday!

  33. Yooohoooooo! Didn't you see me? I was on the bench, in the shade of a tree in the garden. I was hoping you'd come join me. Quite a beautiful place you have here. Just your French summer home, I see. :)

    And YES, why I'd LOVE a slice of that scrumptious pink-icing cake. What's that? Your good friend Martha made it? She's a whiz in the kitchen, for sure.
