Life seems to be really busy from the time we wake up until we go to bed at night.
We need to have a new attitude to our lifestyle, one that incorporates healthy living, healthy eating and a sensible commitment to exercise.
A few minutes of relaxation on a daily basis, maybe yoga, makes for a healthy mind and body.
Living life with verve everyday, is what I want to do.

I'm ok with the good food, but have a problem with the exercise, more of a sit around person you know. Well we can't all be perfect can we?!!!Tee Hee!!

Thats the silly thing isn't it, the unhealthy stuff is cheap as chips & easy & fast & the good stuff is expensive & takes thought & prep. time. Still I love your positive attitude toward health & well being!

Hi Carolyn, Oh this post is so inspiring and makes one want to be alert to better health all the time. I love your pics and especially like, what looks like a pot of lavender at the end of the bed. Now that would enhance sweet sleep!!
