Exciting times for her and to get some recognition in this hard Industry, is such a great coup for her.
I have heard from some people that they have been having trouble voting as there was a malfunction with the website, so fingers crossed, that a few more votes may come in before it closes on the 6th of July. Many thanks.
If it seems like I haven't been around much, it's because I haven't.
I have been busy taking everything out of the lounge, in preparation for giving the room a makeover with a new coat of paint. Such a big job, carefully packing everything up . My husband reiterates that we have way too much stuff in the room, so will have to see what returns or goes away.

Yes, June went by in the blink of an eye and now the year is half over...Christmas will be here before we know it - yikes! Good luck to Victoria!!! And, have fun painting! :)

ReplyDeleteHow exciting for Victoria - I hope she wins! Getting a new coat of paint is exciting too as it allows you to get a whole new look with just a color change. What color are you moving from and to? I too have so much, i was sitting here thinking of contacting a professional organizer just for this one room! And yes, not only is 2010 going by so fast, the older I get, the more time seems to fly. If you discover a way to slow it down, please share!

Yes, the years do seem to go faster, the older one gets and I wish I knew of a way to slow down.
Sharon we are changing the lounge colour scheme from a sage green wallpaper, to probably white.
I have a lot of paint samples so will see what one looks best.
