My 10th picture in my photo file.
Our cat ~ Louie, please excuse the hair that he has deposited on the mat.
Looks a little grumpy here, and must have been having a bad day.
Sweet old Heidi, wanting to go for her daily morning walk - she loved to do this.
The lovely Trish from over at the gorgeous blog trouvais.com just tagged me to talk about the 10th photo in my photo file. She has the most amazing and beautiful blog, so pay her a visit and see all the beauty she has to share.
So this is my photo of sweet Louis, our beautiful Seal-point Persian.
Sadly Louie is not with us, I so wished he was still lazing about on the mat or sitting beside you on the sofa.
Could not forget our other wonderful pet, Heidi who has passed on.
We were all so heartbroken after they passed on, that we have not had any more pets. I love animals so much, but we will leave it for a while before getting another cat of dog.
Now I tag the following Ladies, if you want to play the game.
Please go and visit all the wonderful blogs.

Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful pictures! I'm sorry that your beloved pets are no longer with you but you have some wonderful memories:).
Blessings,
Kim
Oh, Carolyn, I totally understand how you feel. It'll be a year next month that Hannah left us. Richard is wanting another girl Boxer but I keep resisting. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her. She was my special girl.
ReplyDeleteI keep telling him that I think Kodak likes being the only doggie . . . but I dunno how long I can hold Richard off, LOL
xxoo
I loved seeing the pictures of your precious fur babies!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a lovely weekend,
LuLu♥
Oh, my, I forgot to add in my comment that your babies are so precious. They are in Rainbow Bridge with my Hannah girl having so much fun playing and chasing one another!

Oh I just love these pictures, my cat lays upside down like the first pic all the time...I'm always laughing at the weird positions she gets in.
ReplyDeleteWe are collecting our puppy in two weeks...a first for me...very exciting. I know the downside is when they pass it's SO heartbreaking, as they are truly a member of the family. It's painful to even think about it. I do hope you can get another soon.
big hugs DJ
Hi Kim,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and kind words.
I love seeing photos of Kramer and all your wonderful pets. Blessings.
Hi Marsha,
I know exactly what you are saying ~ they are such an important part of the family.
For a long while I really did not feel like going for walks without Heidi and it has only been the last 6 months that I have been out doing my daily walks again.
Many thanks Lulu, and wishing you a lovely weekend
Thanks Marsha, such a lovely thought... them all running and playing together at Rainbow bridge.
Hi Dustjacket,
Isn't it sweet the way dogs and cats lie on their backs, Heidi used to do the same.
How really exciting for you to be getting a puppy in a few weeks.
One of the loveliest things to have a brand new adorable puppy and please share a photo, would so love to see it.
Hugs
Carolyn

Both of your furry members of the family are just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThey look like vintage pets. And I'm not sure if that term has been coined before, but they do! :)
Something to put on the shelf, like little porcelain figurines! :)
So pretty & sweet pets! I really can understand that it broke your heart to loose them, I also lost beloved pets within the years. But I had to accept that I am not able to live without animals. When we lost our cats Jeronimo (2000) and Mandarin (2002) we also thought we should resist our desire. But then our daughter "whined" that she wanted a cat or a dog. And so our cats Nina and Maxwell came into our lifes (and brought some lost sunshine back)!
ReplyDeleteLots of hugs, Traude :o)
Aww, Carolyn. Such beautiful pets. They are very much a part of our family, and they give us so much, don't they.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you. xoxo
Thanks Charity for your visit and kind words.
