Tomorrow I am going to be attending the Parnell Market, along with my Bears. DD and I are sharing a table and she is taking her wonderful watercolours, she has been painting.
Most of my time this week has been taken up with Bears and more bears and just putting the finishing touches, and hang tags and always find there is always a lot to prepare for an event like this.
Excited to see one of my bears made the flyer |
Still have a lot to do so had better get back to it.
I have not been able to spend time on the computer so sorry for not getting over to see how you are doing.
Look forward to coming over to visit you soon.
It is almost the weekend! hope you all have a great one.
Hugs
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteEnjoy the event! The photos look fine on Lightbox (so glad that's back for me after some problems with it). The last photo on your post the bears look a little elongated, but then I do have eyesight problems. I'm very slow with my posts and visiting too at the moment. Nice to hear from you. xx
Your bears are just adorable! I hope that the market goes really well and that lots of your bears find new homes to move to! xx

ReplyDeleteHow exiting dear Carolyn,- I wish you both , all the best of luck and a great day. Your bears are beautiful and charming- are you able to let go of them ? I know how much work goes into such a sweetheart ,-and preparing for a show. Yes your picture looks a bit long, for me too. I hope you can solve the problem. I can now see that you properly already made the show yesterday, and so hope it was a succes, for you two.

ReplyDeleteOh my, your bears are just precious. I would have a hard time picking one ... perhaps actually even harder picking only one. Ha-ha! Have you ever posted your daughter's watercolors? Would love to see them. Wishing you all the best, Tammy
ReplyDeleteOh Carolyn, I've always loved your bears, and that is the first thing that I was drawn to on your blog. My mom collected teddy bears, and I think the love passed on to me. I hope you had a wonderful time at the Parnell Market. That little brown bear sitting closest to the chair is surely my favorite. It is our Thanksgiving next week, and I am so thankful for you, dear Carolyn.
ReplyDeletelove,
~Sheri
Your bears are adorable!
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteHow did I miss this pretty post? Never mind, I’ve found it now.
I read your newest post before this, so I know the market didn’t go as well as you hoped. I’ve got several friends who sell at fairs and markets, and they all say it is really tough at the moment so don’t be too discouraged. Easy to say I know (and I say it to myself every day), but if you are doing something you love the only thing is to keep doing it.
