Happy Easter

Easter weekend is here and what better way to spend a quiet and relaxing time with family.
A time to eat chocolate, hot cross buns, sleep-ins and have four glorious days off.

Here is my recipe for Hot cross buns if you feel like doing some baking.
I am baking a batch now and will be delicious to eat for afternoon tea with a cuppa. The smell coming from the oven is so good.
They tasted great if I may say so - better than the bought ones.

Happy Easter to all my dear friends and a big bunny hug from me to you.
Carolyn

  2. Hi Carolyn, That little bunny picture at the end is so darling. Hot cross buns sound delicious and have been a tradition since my {catholic} childhood upbringing. I can't wait to see your recipe.

I've been traveling and I'm finally back trying to catch up on emails and a busy work schedule. I should be back in blog land next week!

Have a Happy Easter and enjoy the time with your family.

This post made my heart sing, as my dad used to love hot cross buns. I haven't had them in such a long time. I will have to tell the girls your recipe when they come over for Easter, as they are the bakers. These look so delicious.

Happy Easter to you, my sweet friend.
