Where oh where has August gone?

Hello dear friends,

Where has August gone?... seems like it was only the  beginning of the month and now we are almost at the end!
Am I the only one, that feels like we seem to be moving at warp speed?

I have been absent from my blog and visiting you all and so I apologize.

Daughter and I have been having a wonderful week together, shopping, having lunch out and taking lovely long walks along the beach.  Ahhh the nice fresh air, you can't help but take note of the beautiful day!
Also another great passion, was visiting the Craft shop and stocking up on supplies and then going home to sit at the table and make something.
If you have the privilege of having a daughter, you already know the many joys it brings.

Everyday do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow.

I have to share a giveaway ~ Servies en Brocante is having a giveaway and this wonderful book is the prize. The link is on my sidebar.

I hope to come and visit you all soon.
Enjoy the rest of the week
Hugs
Carolyn

  15. Carolyn,
I am in love with that picture of the girl reading a book. Nel used to have a jewelry box with the same picture. I'm so glad you got to spend special time with your daughter. It sounds like you are doing many wonderful things together. Your red roses made my day, thank you.
