Out and about in Chelsea

We went for a walk early one Sunday morning before the shops were open.
It was pleasant as there was a nip in the air and the sky was clear blue.
I loved this little Art Deco shop and would have been fun to take a look around it.

The fountain playing in Sloane Square
The ornate entrance to this building is fabulous.

Building Character
"Character is like the foundation of a house~ it is below the surface"

I hope that you are enjoying your weekend.
It is raining here today and so much for going to pick the olives off our tree which are ripe and ready to be harvested.
Maybe tomorrow might be a better day for it.

I look forward to coming to visit you all.
Hugs
Carolyn

  7. The art deco shop looks so.. very British! I'm sure you enjoyed looking in the windows and then onto lovely Sloane Square - I always think of Princess Diana shopping in this exclusive area,
in the days when she was referred to as a Sloane Ranger.
    Have a wonderful week-end! xx

  18. HI Carolyn, The buildings are beautiful.

Olives of your own....sounds like a story book! Wonderful thing to have. I have always bought my olives from the store.

Red Hots are little cinnamon flavored candies that are sweet and slightly hot. Hope that helps.

May you have a great week-end.
