Freesias in a vase.

We went for a lovely walk this morning and all along the roadside were the most beautiful freesias growing. I picked a bunch and the fragrance has permeated right through out the house. They have to be one of my favourite flowers with a perfume that is so heavenly.

Have a joy filled weekend.

Oh, freesias are one of my favorites! There scent is so wonderful. I can't too many fragrant things in the house...hubby has allergies. But I do sneak in what I can...

  5. Thank you Doreen and Nancy,

I love my dresser ~ My Uncle Charlie (who was a lovely Man) left me some money in his will and that is what I spent it on and also a beautiful hutch dresser for the dinning room.

  7. Lovely photos Carolyn. When I was a little girl my Mum always used to buy me a bunch of freesias to give to my Gran when we went visiting. This year I bought Mum lots of freesia bulbs to plant in her garden.
